Where are Ann Chiara's Boutique pieces manufactured?
Our garments are thoughtfully designed in our California studio. We partner with small, family-owned workshops in Portugal, Italy, and India that share our commitment to ethical labor practices, natural dyes, and slow craftsmanship.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. International orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer complimentary returns for domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. You can start a return request through our Contact page or by emailing our customer support team.
Are your materials fully sustainable?
Yes. We design with longevity in mind, sourcing exclusively natural, biodegradable fibres such as European flax linen, GOTS-certified organic cotton, mulberry silk, and RWS-certified merino wool. We avoid synthetic blends to ensure our garments can return to the earth.
How can I find my correct size?
Please consult our Size Guide for apparel measurements or Shoe Sizing for footwear conversions. Since we design with a relaxed, draped aesthetic, we recommend sizing down if you prefer a more tailored, classic fit.
Do you offer price adjustments?
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, we are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment in the form of store credit.
